Resident organizations enjoy many benefits of being located at the Brower Center, including access to our conference center, bike parking and shower facilities, a lovely outdoor terrace, a shared tenant conference room, and regular community-building events.
We have one office space that will become available on Jan 1, 2025. Please reach out to tour the space and tell us about your organization and needs.
Suites at the Brower Center vary in size with abundant natural light, fresh air exchange, and a mixture of open floor plans and private offices. The third floor suite available in 2025 has approximately 1200 usable square feet, with one enclosed office space. Depending on the configuration, this suite is suitable for 6-10 workstations.

We're a full-service Class A nonprofit office building located ½ blocks from BART and across the street from UC Berkeley.
