Resident organizations enjoy many benefits of being located at the Brower Center, including access to our conference center, bike parking and shower facilities, a lovely outdoor terrace, a shared tenant conference room, and regular community-building events.
Two small subleasing opportunities are immediately available at the Brower Center.
Suites at the Brower Center vary in size with abundant natural light, fresh air exchange, and a mixture of open floor plans and private offices. Subleasing opportunities are negotiated directly with the anchor tenant, with the Center assisting in matching organizations with suitable partners. Additionally, one larger suite will be opening soon for an anchor tenant, with more details to follow.
