The David Brower Center is offering special one-year leases for four beautiful large cubicle spaces and an enclosed office in Suite 320, on the third floor of the Center. The spaces for lease all have natural light and 6 foot-high separators, and range from around 150 to 200 square feet. Lessees must be 501c(3) nonprofit organizations.

The Suite has two other similar spaces and another enclosed office which are currently occupied by the Together Bay Area Coalition, Kitchen Table Advisors, and Sustainable Agriculture Education. Due to the pandemic, none of these three organizations are working in the office, but rather holding their spaces for a future return to normal occupancy. Ideally, interested organizations will have affinity with the sustainable agriculture and regional land conservation values of the current lessees. 

In order to comply with COVID safety social distancing protocols, the Brower Center is offering flexible lease options in consideration of reduced occupancy. 

The David Brower Center is a full service Class A nonprofit office building located ½ block from BART and across the street from UC Berkeley. Amenities include: shared tenant conference room available by reservation, shared kitchens, outdoor terrace, bike storage, showers, art gallery, event space for rental, and a City of Berkeley operated parking garage underneath the building.
