At our site, we do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our site. We only gather personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected to receive our newsletter, or to make a financial contribution online. This information is used solely by us or other entities who are involved in the operation of this site for internal purposes.

We do not sell, rent or lease our donor lists to third parties. We may, from time to time, contact you about a special event related to our nonprofit that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party outside of the nonprofit. We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. In most cases, this is to deliver a direct mailing or emailing. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

We care about the safety and security of your transaction. We employ a Server Digital Certificate and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Protocol to encrypt all data traffic. They use high-grade encryption and the https security protocol to communicate with your browser software. Event Payment Refund Policy
A booking deposit of 50% of the full rental fee is due when a contract is signed. The remaining 50% is due one month prior to the event. In the case of cancellation:
- More than 90 days before the first scheduled date: 100% of the booking deposit is refunded
- 30 to 90 days before the first scheduled date: 100% of the booking deposit is retained
- Less than 30 days before the first scheduled date: 100% of the full rental fee is retained
